Street Workout is an urban sport, a cross between weightlifting and gymnastics. It involves a series of exercises calling for strength, flexibility and balance.
Exercises are performed using bodyweight only on several sets of bars installed at different heights. This equipment can be used for pull-ups, dips, push-ups and squats to build muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.
Explanatory pictograms on the equipment provide details of the movements, or users can scan a QR code to discover more exercises.
The design for this range draws its inspiration from the partnership between Proludic and the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation.
By working alongside a best-in-class partner and harnessing the expertise of top-level athletes, Proludic has designed an array of high-performance equipment to suit both amateur and professional users.
The dimensions and diameters of the Street Workout range comply with WSWCF recommendations. Equipment is certified for use in official competitions.
Proludic uses an epoxy coating to guarantee adherence and safety during use.
Designed for individual or group use, the ACTI’Street range provides for mixed, intergenerational, and inclusive Street Workout zones. Tailored for wheelchair users.
This range can be combined with Proludic’s Multi-Use Games Areas and ACTI’Fit. It is designed to maximise the uptake of physical activity among a mixed, multi-generational and inclusive target group with varying levels of physical ability.
One of the main objectives of the WSWCF is the creation of new street workout training facilities of the highest standard worldwide. Facilities that are inclusive and suitable for people of all ages, genders and abilities.
