The R.Iconic’s podium rooftop holds over 4,000m of private landscaped gardens where people can sprawl and walk their dogs, enjoying an array of leisure facilities including a 300-metre running track, gym, playground, virtual golf range, heated pool and a Zen garden. By positioning a variety of communal experiences in close proximity, the design promotes diverse demographics to converge naturally, and foster a sense of community. The R.Iconic Rooftop playground was an extraordinary project that Proludic was part of, providing a custom designed play tower to suit a very restricted footprint while ensuring compliance with standards and buildability on a rooftop.
This custom designed tower includes various play panels for sensory and interactive play, a slide and climbing features. Playtime with a view – overlooking South Melbourne.
