Begin your workout with some light cardio to get your heart pumping and your muscles warmed up. The hydraulic Elliptical Trainer and Stepper available ensure a smooth, joint-friendly experience, the perfect low-impact exercises. As you transition into strength training, you’ll find multiple options to challenge your upper body and core with the ACTI’Fit Power Tower. Whether you’re performing bodyweight exercises or focusing on core stability, there’s something for everyone.
Keeping it balanced!
Balance and coordination are also key elements of this outdoor gym. With equipment designed to enhance these skills, you can work on your stability while building strength. The versatile workout stations allow you to mix up your routine, keeping it fresh and engaging every time you visit. This outdoor gym ensures that you can progress at your own pace, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete.
Personal Coach
Each unit is equipped with QR codes, that lead you to the ACTI’FUN app where you can discover exercises at different levels, complete with instruction cues and videos. Essentially, this app is your free virtual coach helping construct you own personal fitness program, including wheelchair accessible activities. You can store each training session and track activities against a stopwatch. You can even challenge yourself against other users!
