The Essex Park Community Place has been upgraded with a lovely little playground that caters for children from 1 year old. As part of their 2018 playground asset replacement program, the City of Casey was seeking to upgrade Essex Park with a nature-inspired design that would incorporate play equipment to cater for a variety of ages and abilities. The brief for the playground design was based on the results of a community consultation undertaken by Council which included nature play, natural style, timber and inground trampoline. The play equipment provided by Proludic integrates beautifully with the natural areas surrounding Essex Park and offers many play opportunities such as climbing and balancing, swinging, sensory play and nature play.
